1. Our approach

Aiskillo combines AI-assisted moderation, human review, and community reporting to keep the marketplace safe. No AI decision is final — a human admin makes every removal and account action.

2. AI moderation

Every product, review, message and seller bio is scanned for spam, unsafe content, copyright risk, misleading income claims, and off-platform contact attempts. Suspicious items enter our review queue before being shown publicly.

3. Seller verification

Sellers progress through three tiers: New, Verified, and Trusted. Each tier unlocks faster payouts and higher visibility — and increases buyer trust signals on listings.

4. Buyer Protection

Every purchase is covered by our Buyer Protection program. If a product is materially different from its description, you can open a dispute within 14 days.

5. Reporting abuse

See something that violates our policies? Use the Report button on any product, review, or seller profile. You can also email trust@aiskillo.com.

Common reasons to report: counterfeit content, scams, malware, off-platform contact attempts, harassment, or prohibited categories.

6. Our response time

Trust team triages reports within 24 hours. Critical safety issues (malware, fraud) get same-day attention.
