1. Refund window
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any course, e-book, comic, or bundle.
2. Exceptions
- Live workshops once the session has started.
- Purchases where more than 30% of the content has been consumed.
- Coupon-stacked deals marked "final sale" at checkout.
3. How to request
Email support@aiskillo.com from your account email with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we'll always work with you first. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account suspension.
5. Instructor payouts
Refunded sales are deducted from the original instructor's next monthly payout.
