1. Who can review
Only buyers with a verified purchase of the product or bundle may leave a review. One review per buyer per product.
2. What a review should contain
- Honest experience with the product as delivered.
- Specific, useful detail other buyers can learn from.
- Star rating that matches the written feedback.
3. Not allowed in reviews
- Personal data (emails, phone numbers, addresses, IDs).
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination.
- Off-platform contact attempts or external links.
- Promotional content for other products or services.
- Confidential information shared by the seller.
4. Fake reviews & manipulation
Fake reviews, paid reviews, review-trading, review-incentivising (free products in exchange for positive reviews), and using multiple accounts to inflate ratings are strictly forbidden. Detected accounts are suspended and listings removed.
5. Seller replies
- Sellers may publicly reply once per review.
- Replies must be professional and on-topic.
- No threats, no personal attacks, no doxxing, no off-platform contact requests.
6. When admin removes a review
- Spam, abuse, or harassment.
- Contains personal data.
- Violates Aiskillo policies (off-platform, prohibited content, manipulation).
- Legal request or DMCA action.
Sellers cannot request removal of a review simply for being negative. Authentic critical feedback stays.
7. How to report a review
Use the report button on the review, or contact support@aiskillo.com. Admin reviews every report and acts within published SLAs.
8. Consequences of violations
- Warning + review removal for first-time minor violations.
- Listing suspension for repeated or serious violations.
- Account suspension or ban for coordinated manipulation or fraud.
