Refund Policy (Expanded)

1. Summary

Aiskillo offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on most purchases. This page expands on edge cases, partial refunds, and the dispute path under Buyer Protection.

2. Eligible items

  • Templates, e-books, prompt packs, AI agents.
  • Self-paced courses (subject to consumption cap).
  • Bundles (refunded as a whole unit).

3. Non-eligible items

  • Live workshops once the session has started.
  • Self-paced courses where more than 30% has been consumed.
  • Items explicitly marked "final sale" at checkout.
  • Custom services delivered to spec.

4. Partial refunds

For bundles where one component is defective, a partial refund proportional to the affected item may be issued at our discretion.

5. Process

  1. Buyer requests a refund from /buyer/refunds.
  2. Seller has 48 hours to approve, counter-offer, or decline with a reason.
  3. If unresolved, the dispute escalates to Aiskillo trust team within 5 business days.
  4. Trust team's decision is final.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds return to the original payment method in 5–10 business days. PayPal and Wise typically clear faster than card networks.

7. Refund abuse

Excessive refund activity (e.g. repeatedly refunding consumed content) may result in account warnings or suspension. Aiskillo reserves the right to decline refunds where abuse is established.

8. Seller impact

Refunds reverse the seller's pending balance. Excessive refund rates affect a seller's tier and ranking.
