1. Why this matters
Off-platform transactions remove Buyer Protection, void refund eligibility, expose both parties to fraud, and harm the wider community.
2. What's prohibited
- Sharing personal email, phone, social handles, or external links in product pages, messages, or reviews to redirect a sale.
- Accepting payment via PayPal, Venmo, crypto, bank transfer, or any non-Aiskillo channel.
- Offering off-platform "free upgrade" or "support" in exchange for sidestepping fees.
3. Reasonable exceptions
You may include necessary support resources (e.g. a documentation site, a Discord community) inside delivered files — provided the primary transaction stays on Aiskillo.
4. Enforcement
Detected off-platform attempts result in listing removal, payout holds, or account suspension. Repeat violations are grounds for permanent ban.
5. Report attempts
If a seller asks you to pay off-platform, please report it immediately.
